At Access Denied, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns on all hardware and components. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Request RMA' option next to your order history to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device back into its original anti-static bag and protective foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the exterior of the box, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will verify the serial numbers and hardware integrity before processing your refund within 5 business days.
